IN A NUTSHELL
- Birkenstock enters the loafer chat Highwood Moc Lace Low as its newest all season silhouette
- A low profile redesign of the Highwood boot with moccasin inspired detailing
- Available now in suede and grained leather across earthy and seasonal shades
Birkenstock has entered the loafer chat with the launch of its Highwood Moc Lace Low. This is a low-profile shoe and it brings a versatile closed toe option that feels right at home for everyday wear and all seasons.

The Highwood Moc Lace Low features Birkenstock’s signature deep blue footbed engineered with four layers to promote even weight distribution, reduce pressure and support the foot’s natural rolling motion. A breathable microfiber lining enhances airflow, while the grip enhanced outsole delivers flexibility and reliable traction across different surfaces. The result is orthopedic comfort wrapped in everyday wearability.

Aesthetically, the silhouette draws from classic moccasin construction, highlighted by visible stitching and a rounded toe shape that gives it understated character. Crafted in high quality suede or grained leather, each pair is designed to develop a natural patina over time, making every wear more personal. The gender neutral lace up design allows it to be styled up or down, whether paired with tailored pieces or relaxed staples.

For Summer 2026, the suede edition arrives in four seasonal shades Carafe, Gray Taupe, New Navy and Pink Clay. The grained leather version is offered in timeless Chocolate and Black.
The shoe is not yet available at local retailers and will be on the look out for this drop.
