IN A NUTSHELL
- A$AP Rocky debuts his first metal eyewear collection for Ray-Ban
- The range blends vintage inspiration with modern minimal design
- Campaign features Nas in a 90s inspired visual story
A$AP Rocky continues to shape his creative vision at Ray-Ban with the launch of his first metal frames collection, marking a year since stepping into the role of the brand’s first ever creative director.

The new drop leans into a refined, minimalist design language while pulling clear influence from the past. Across the collection, classic Ray-Ban silhouettes are reinterpreted through a more modern lens, resulting in a lineup that feels both nostalgic and forward thinking.

The range includes a mix of full rim and rimless styles, with soft oval shapes and narrow rectangular frames leading the aesthetic. Available as both optical and sunglasses, the pieces are intentionally clean in form, though subtle details like thicker lenses on select styles add a layer of unexpected edge.
Metallic finishes keep things timeless, while the introduction of a futuristic wraparound silhouette pushes the boundaries of traditional eyewear design. Positioned as a standout piece, this model brings a more experimental energy into the collection.

To bring the vision to life, Rocky tapped fellow rap icon Nas for the campaign. Set inside a late night New York diner, the visuals play on 90s nostalgia while reframing it through a contemporary perspective, creating a dialogue between generations and styles.

More than just a product release, the collection reflects Rocky’s ongoing exploration of culture, identity and legacy, using design as a medium to bridge past and present.
The A$AP Rocky for Ray-Ban metal collection is now available at select retailers.
