It’s all set and go as Cape Town gears up for the Heineken World Tour F1 Experience happening later this month on Sunday, 30th November 2025.
If you’re attending the full-day experience, expect an F1-style street takeover featuring live F1 car runs, vibrant fan zones and a buzzing festival atmosphere all day long.
The last time we got close to anything that’s like an F1 race was at the Red Bull Showrun in Joburg in 2024 and the Cape Town E Prix in 2023. So for this one, you can expect an even bigger celebration this time around, with premium grandstands, trackside zones and immersive installations designed to bring the global F1 spirit to local streets.
Motorsport lovers and casual festival goers will get up close to authentic F1 race cars, feel the thunder of engines and soak up the excitement across multiple interactive zones. There will be music, lifestyle activations and food and beverage.
We’ve got to give Heineken props for pulling off an experience like this in South Africa. The brand stays winning in the sports world, F1, soccer, you name it, and they still manage to keep most of their campaigns playful. This definitely feels like a clear drop in the playbook, because honestly, which other brand would do it better than Heineken? We can’t wait for this experience.
The fan zones will offer hands on experiences, photo moments with real F1 machinery and opportunities to dive into the world of racing technology and team culture. To round off the day, the event will host a special live viewing of the Qatar Grand Prix, uniting fans for a shared race day moment.
