Pantry by Marble is officially expanding its footprint with a brand new 1300sqm permanent store at Mall of Africa, marking another strong move from the Marble Hospitality group as it continues to grow its presence across Johannesburg.
After testing the waters with a pop-up store launched in mid-October last year, the concept clearly landed with shoppers, and now returns as a full-time standalone space. Joining existing locations in Rosebank, Hazelwood and Bassonia, the new Midrand spot is set to deliver the full Pantry experience, combining convenience with a laid-back dining atmosphere.
The store will offer everything fans have come to love, from freshly prepared meals, sandwiches, salads and pregos to pizzas, burgers and a wide selection of grab and go options. A dedicated coffee station anchors the space, paired with artisan pastries, breads and baked goods.
Beyond the food, the expansion also signals continued development around the Mall of Africa precinct, with plans indicating that the new space will form part of a broader upgrade to the area.
The new location is set to open before the end of 2026.
