Victoria’s Secret is stepping into a bold new chapter with the appointment of Adam Selman as its executive creative director. Known for fearless fashion and standout brand storytelling, Selman brings his vision and flair to the lingerie powerhouse starting 14 April 2025.
Selman’s design résumé speaks volumes. From crafting looks for Rihanna’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show performances to leading the design direction at Savage X Fenty, his work blurs the line between runway drama and everyday style. Now, he returns to a brand that helped shape his early design days, with the opportunity to help reshape it in return.
He’s not alone. The brand also announced three more powerhouse hires. Anne Stephenson has been promoted to president of the Victoria’s Secret brand, officially stepping in on 12 May. With deep roots in product strategy and merchandising, she’s poised to lead with insight and clarity.
Joining her is Ali Dillion, the new president of Pink. With over 20 years in fashion retail, including a recent leadership role at Alex Mill, Dillion brings sharp focus and energy to the youth-focused label.
Earlier in March, Amy Kocourek stepped into the role of president of beauty. Her background in product innovation and category expansion is set to energise Victoria’s Secret’s growing beauty business.
