IN A NUTSHELL
- adidas hosted a global World Cup away kit launch in Los Angeles
- Focalistic represented South Africa at the high energy THREE LANES event
- Live sets from Kaytranada and Baby Keem brought the night to life
adidas pulled off a global moment in Los Angeles this past weekend, hosting a bold and immersive launch for its 2026 FIFA World Cup away kits, bringing together culture, music and football in true three-stripes fashion.

Dubbed THREE LANES, the experience saw a stretch of underpass just south of the 101 freeway transformed into a rave meets block party. Cars packed with footballs, open trunks filled with drinks and World Cup energy, and street-style elements like paleteros set the tone for a night that blurred the lines between sport and culture. The brand officially unveiled away kits for 25 federations, including 13 teams already qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Flying the South African flag high was Focalistic, who brought Mzansi flavour to the global stage. Stepping out in the new green Bafana-Bafana jersey, the Amapiano star made a strong visual statement while sharing behind the scenes moments from the event with fans.

Music played a central role in shaping the atmosphere, with Kaytranada delivering a DJ set from the back of a truck before Baby Keem took things up a notch with a high-energy performance. The night captured exactly what adidas does best, merging global sport moments with culture, sound and style.
