IN A NUTSHELL
- adidas Originals launches a new global Superstar campaign narrated by Samuel L. Jackson
- The cast includes Missy Elliott, Anthony Edwards, GloRilla, JENNIE and more
- The campaign celebrates the cultural legacy of the Superstar sneaker and Firebird Tracksuit

adidas Originals is back with a powerful new chapter in its global Superstar story. Narrated by the legendary Samuel L. Jackson, the campaign brings together an all-star cast to celebrate the timeless influence of this iconic silhouette. The Superstar started on the basketball court and found a home in streetwear, music, and creative culture. Decades later, it still holds the title of a true original.

The campaign features a generational mix of cultural heavyweights: hip-hop queen Missy Elliott, skateboarding pioneer Mark Gonzales, NBA star Anthony Edwards, Memphis rapper GloRilla, genre-blending artist Teezo Touchdown, global icon JENNIE, and model-actress Gabbriette. Together, they represent the constant evolution of culture and the enduring spirit of originality.

Told in two parts, the film starts with “Pyramids” – a teaser that likens human monuments to the Superstar’s cultural footprint. Then comes “Clocks” – a bold, unified statement featuring the full cast, a celebration of past, present and future creativity.

At the center of it all stands the Superstar in its original black and white colorways, now updated with enhanced tongue and collar padding. Paired with the equally legendary Firebird Tracksuit, the look is pure heritage with global impact. Originally released in 1967, the Firebird remains a symbol of cultural cool across generations.
This campaign reminds us that some styles don’t just stand the test of time – they define it.
